My website has been hacked (atleast that’s what I guess)

When I checked out my site now it automatically redirects to some other site. It was behaving normal until today. This is very wierd to me and I believe that I might be a victim of hacking. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It would also be helpful if you could point me to resources where I might get help to retrieve my website.
PLEASE HELP! This is the first time something of this sort has happened to me. :crying: :crying:
