Hey everyone, crossing my fingers that someone can help me with my problem. Following this tutorial on the site:

Get it working mostly, but my pictures are enormous! I need this utility/gallery to resize my pictures when it loads them up. Any suggestions? Re-sizing the actual pictures is out of the question because I need to do this with 120+ folders with 1-10 or more pictures in each folder. Please help!
