Plot objects into a 3D sphere

Hey everyone, I’ve completed the rotation tutorial located here: http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/rotation_center.htm, but now I need to plot like 14 objects into a sphere rather than a cube. Could somebody point me to a tutorial or something that shows how to do that? Thanks!
