Hi there, does anyone have an idea as to why Flash tends to create visual noise around typography?

Never mind the language 
See how the text shows discolouring around the edges. It should be simply black on white, but you can see see blue/red/green ‘auras’ around the text. Is this a commonly known problem, and what can you to to prevend it…? It might have somehting to do with screenresolution; if you see no discolouring at all, lemme know! To me it looks like I’m looking through the wrong spectacles. Also, it might have to do with the difference between static and dynamic text. Any help appreciated, thanks!
