Pop up problem

On my site I use many pop-up windows. I use one to play music,view pictures,an watch video clips. But the problem is that It only lets 1 extra window to pop-up. So you can’t listen to music and look at pictures at the same time. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance to anyone with some info
