Popup window

Since we all know that the bordless window is no longer be working under IE6. So now I gotta make a traditional popup window for my website.
I need a popup window which has:

  1. no control bar at the top
  2. no scroll bar
  3. centered on the screen
  4. Fix size (ex. 700*400)

I need to apply the link within a roll-button too, so it may be abit confused when doing it. If anyone knows how to solve my problem, please let me know!! Thanks very much!
