Hi,
I’m doing my first ad that’s actually going to be published and the guidelines say “Use post script fonts only to avoid type disappearing from ads. No open-type fonts or trueType fonts should be used.” I’ve only done ad’s and flyers for friends so I’m not sure how I can tell if a font is Postscript. I have a mac and I just used the fonts in my library usually. Today I got a whole bunch of Truetype fonts before I read the guidelines though :-(. Anyway, Could someone help me? How do I know a font is post script? Will I have to get a bunch of new fonts? I read what a post script font is but I don’t know if I already own them or how to tell. Please help. This is important to me since it’s my first ad.
