Im am doing an interactive CD ROM for the fisrt time a a project at work and this is probably the forst of may questons on making it as optimized and user friendly as possible. Thanks in advance!
Q: Is a preloader necessary for loading external clips when they are located on the CD - or is there no load time since files are already there?
