Precaching your .swf script?

I am trying to figure out how to write a script that will tell my index.html file that embeds my .swf file to always look for the most recent .swf instead of using the one that may be stored in the browser’s cache. This will make it so users won’t have to clean out the cache or delete temporary internet files from their browser to see the most recent movie that has been uploaded to the site.
