hi. it’s my first time posting in here, but i’m not new to this site 
anyway, i got this problem for quite some time now…
can anybody explain to me why does a preloader will only appear when only half of a movie loaded? i don’t think i did anything wrong. but the file size is quite big, about 600kb-800kb. but why doesn’t the preloader appears from 0% loaded?
