Before you ask, yes i have searched the forums and tutorial section to no avail.
Basically, i have a main movie, which is loaded with a pre-loader… then when its intro has finished playing external swf’s are loaded into the screens… they work fine (apart from one, where the preloader doesn’t appear till about 70% for some reason… i can’t figure it out, its the same as the others, only different content).
Anyway, the main movies preloader doesn’t appear until about 98%. This happens not only when uploaded to my server, but also when i do the test movie to simulate download speed…
When i searched the forums, i saw people mention something like having a seperate swf that contains JUST the preloader, and that should pre-load my main movie… Although i don’t understand how the heck that would work…
please help!
