I dont understand the whole preloader thing, I made a site but want a preloader then once it is down being loaded it goes to to the site so how would I make a external preloader that loads the site hompage though?

What is it exactly you want ? A preloader that loads your site and then automatically goes to it ? (keep in mind that the preloader is used only for flash, it can’t preload an html file)
