Preloader

I did this preloader [here] I wanted to make the loader play out and then fade out. When I try to do that… I tween both my border and my bar, but then when I test the movie, only the border fades. Can anyone tell me what the problem may be or do this successfully for me and then help me see it. I also altered the preloader code so that it loads vertically rather than horizontally.
