Preloading an external clip question

I’ve made a preloader, similar to the tutorial here on Kirupa, and the movies load and everything. However, after making everything, I decided to resize it. Now, the empty movie clip loads only about 1/4 of the new movie. How do I resize the empty clip and still maintain correct dimensions? Thanks.
