Preloading External SWF's

Can someone please give me the AS to preload external SWF’s? I tried following the tutorial but it didn’t work. Anyway, the buttons are supposed to load an SWF into an MC on the stage. The swf’s are pretty much just sound files with play and stop buttons, but when they aren’t preloaded, the sound won’t play when you click “play” until the song is loaded, which might throw off users. Thanks.
