hi
i’m loading a 11MB swf. i have the preloader clip and the code for the preloader on the first frame. everything else after.
the preloader doesn’t show up until 80% of the swf is loaded(even though it’s on the first frame, and the only thing on the first frame.
i’ve tried both top down and bottom up for load order and the same thing happens.
anyone know what the problem is?
one other question: is it even possible to preload content that’s on a cd? doesn’t the CD not stream content. so the player will just stall until all the content is loaded and not allow for any frames to play thus making a preload useless.
