Print

I’m using a xml to load files. It seems to be madwe to only load web pages. I have a to do the following and wounder if some one can help.

  1. I want to click on a tab and have it print a pre defined page.

  2. I would like it to load a page. I do see how to load a web page but not a txt file. It seems that it is linked to the “url” word.

I have inclued a short sample of the program.

There’s very few places to get good information. This is one of the sites that has had it in the past. The one that helped in the past might have been on vaction so I thoght I’d try it again.

When you say you want to load in a txt file, do you mean you want the txt file to be displayed as is, or do you just want to load data from the txt file?

You’re in luck. I recently bought a book on flash, and one of the topics it covers is printing.

what is it exactly you want to print?

It would be a .txt, jpg or doc file that is in the directory of the flash file. It would be a 300 dpi image file that would be printed. If the user is viewing a sample file I will have a button on the smaple that would let them print a higher quaility image.
