Ok, say I have a pdf. Is there a way to call that to print without actually having to open up the pdf file?? I haven’t been able to find anything regarding this, and I don’t think it’s possible, but could be wrong. Thanks in advance.
yeh iv been playing around with printing, pretty sure that you need either java or apple script, depending on your OS.
you will need a function calling toprint, I guess in you case it will be a predetermined file to print.
then in your flash site the button or what ever will evoke the function.
If any one else knows of some tutorials, or methods to resolve printing problems.
ive searched entire forum and there are no solutions really.

What also makes my situation even harder (I should have mentioned this in the first post) is that this is for a cd-ROM. I will be publishing my file as an .exe and not viewing it through a web browser. I would think this would cause more complications in trying to accomplish this. Oh well, hopefully someone has an answer.
