i got problem with this add form…
my problem is that after you add a record in your form, and then try to refresh it using the refresh button on the internet toolbar, the record adds again to your database.
except if you restrict same name…but in my case,i used uniqid() for each record…
i think my_close is not a solution…what would be solution on this guyz if any??tnx in advance…god bless you all!!..
