Hello, this is my first post and i seem to have come across a problem with this Film promotional website i am creating in Flash CS4. On the first frame where i have the title and buttons i have added a trailer video using the usual way of Import > Import video and going for the ‘Load external video with playback component’ after browsing for the video (which i have tried both .flv and .m4v). The problem is after i export the flash file as a movie, the video doesnt load up (even though when i test movie it does) and where the video should be is a blank space and the video controls, the loading bar itself is just flashing striped green.
I have checked that component inspector also to see that the source address is right and it is, the video file itself is just called ‘video’ and is in the same folder alongside where i exported the movie and where my .fla file is. If anyone has any ideas on what might be causing this, please respond as soon as you can.
