Hi everyone, I’m new to the Kirupa community. I am a game designer, and a web designer/digital artist on the side. I am trying to create a website for myself that has a theme of I guess what you would call pixel art. An example of this style can be seen at www.eboy.com. I created all of my images using photoshop seven, and have imported all of them into flash mx 2004 as PNGs. I have not changed the size of my images in any way. I have checked the do not allow smoothing option on each image under the image properties. In the stage in the flash program, everything looks fine, but when I convert it into an swf, the images lines are distorted, do not connect correctly, or completely dissapear! I’ve tried moving the images on the stage, allowing smoothing, everything, but alas none of it works. If anyone could offer any help it would be greatly appreciated.
