Problem with bounce

Alright guys, need some help. I’ve been using multiple tutorials so if the Actionscript looks like hell, I’m sorry. I can’t seem to get my image to bounce when it resizes, and I could just use another pair of eyes to see where I could do this in my code. Thanks in advance as always!
