ok ive got 2 frames, one on top with my banner and navigation and one on bottom with all the content. Ive got both the banner and the content centered in their frames, but the problem is they arent lineing up in mozilla or netscape. I have scrolling off on the top frame and scrolling on on the bottom frame. The scroll bar is pushing my content over a little in mozilla and netscape so that it doesnt line up. Is there any way around this?
