Problem with Flash/PHP Form

Hoping someone else has ran into this problem and found a solution.

  1. When my flash php/mysql form is by itself it works, submits the info to the database and states it has been submitted which is exactly what I wanted it to do.

2)But when I place it within an animation for my client, on the last frame, it starts to process, but never declares it has been submitted, nor does the info get into the database

Try not to druel too much over the model that is in the animation! and thanks for the help =)
