Problem with frames

Hi there,

I’m using frames for my website (in order to leave the URL permanently at the same address eg. www.mywebsite.com).

However, my problem is that my background is black. Every time I click something within the frame, it reloads the page and for a split second, the black background loads as white and then turns to black. Is there any way I can make it load black all the time without flicking to white in the early stages of loading?
