I’m having trouble with table backgrounds. I have two slices that make up the general layout of the site (a top slice [set as the background of the table] and a bottom slice where the nav is).
I want to assign an area for the content and some logos that have to go down the right-hand side so I used a nested cell layout that I pasted in the main table layout.
The thing is, when I do this, the table bg dissapears as if the cells have a white background in colour although as far as I know, nothing in my code is saying that, so it should be transparent.
It’s difficult to explain what’s going on so if you check out www.robcroydon.com/main.php?pagename=home, you’ll see the top slice doesn’t appear but my general layout should look like [URL=“http://www.robcroydon.com/main2.php”]www.robcroydon.com/main2.php (it just hasn’t got the assigned areas for the content/logos).
Is anyone able to help me assign those areas for the content/logos without effecting the background slice?
