Problems getting signature to work

this is what i have in my signature:

[ swf=“http://pinchpile.com/footers/kirupaFooter.swf height=60 width=300” ][ /swf ]

but without the spaces.

and this link works:

http://pinchpile.com/footers/kirupaFooter.swf
