Problems scrolling a whole flash file

Hi I am trying to create a box with text in it, the text comes in using a typwriter affect, and then i want to be able to scroll down to view the rest of the text. I have done everything, but it just doesn’t want to work. Heres the file if anyone dares to take the challenge on!
