I tryed several times with botons, but I think this menu has more action script that I do not know. ¿Can you help me? ¿Do you know how to do it?

here’s how it could be made
(by the way there are some spanish speakers on the forum if you want more help -> thediablo-mexican and kax too i think)
he probably created transparent buttons: here is how you do it:
creat your shape, let say a square with black border and white fill
press f8 to turn the white fill into a movie clip.
go in the MC and then turn the fill into a button this time
no go back to your scene, select the movie clip and turn the alpha to 0%, you’ve got a transparent button
now to make the images change behind it all you have to do is set up a movie clip in a new layer (not the same as your buttons, so the image appears underneath) with a mask so it shows only inside the button shapes.
if you dont want to use mask then fill the areas between the buttons - keeping only the buttons transparent
