Problems with firefox flash & php

so i made this guestbook that uses flash and php. it works fine on my computer (PC) with both IE and FF (although i have an older version of FF) but on my friends computer flash will not display the information from the php file using the newest version of FF, it will, however, work on her version of IE but only after you allow flash access to her microphone / camera… this has never happened to me before, any clues on how to fix this? i also tested this on a Mac and it doesnt work at all…
