I am trying to work out the best way to go about a project. The requirement is to have a 3d product represented in 2d. It will have trim options and colour options so that the customer can make a unique design.
A good analogy would be a designing a car.
The model is 3d but i am rendering a series of images so that i can put these in flash and to acheive the customization etc. What i’m not sure how to acheive is, storing and sending the selction the user has generated by using the customize tool.
Any pointers or tutorials you can suggest. My background in flash is limited but i’m a fast learner!
