I’m using the progress bar component as instructed here http://www.flash-mx.com/flash/progressbar.cfm (the first method).

When you click on anything, it reloads the progressbar and starts at the beginning. The buttons tell it to go to a certain frame within the movie clip (left side and right side are two different movie clips)
