Project Management tool?

Well I’ve been searching for a good project management tool but I’ve only found commercial applications. Some of them are really good, like BaseCamp of 37signals.

I wonder if you know any FREE (not 30 days trial) web-based tool for project management, client tracking, file repository… It’s for a small 4 people business.
