Projector help!

I want a way to make it so that I can send my flash movies to my friends (in a projector) so they can view them without having to download macromedia flash mx. I know of a thing called a projector but down know how to use it. can anyone help?

To publish a projector, go to File>Publish Settings, check Windows Projector and/or Macintosh Projector in the Formats tab, and then click on the Publish button.
