Proportionate Movie Resize?

Hi,
First, thanks for all the help to my previous question.

Now - question 2. I have a client who would like their flash site to expand with the browser window (easy, I know by setting the size to w=100% h=100%.)

BUT, he would like it to be proportionate to it’s original size. IE if the original was built as 600 x 800, and you pulled open the browser window, it would grow but still be propotionate to that original size. Whew.

Is this even possible? Is javascript involved?

Setting its size to 100%/100% will keep its size proportionate, test it…

File > Publish Settings… >


Dimensions: 100%
Scale: Default (Show All)

and the movie will stretch to the browser window but not distort, ie maintain its original proportions
