Psd into flash, not working how i want it

ok so i need help. im trying to import my psd into flash, but all i get is a blurry, crappy outcome. i have no idea how to fix this or make the quality better. i have tried to find a tutorial or forum where there is an answer, but i have had no luck. does anyone know how i can get my psd in flash and animate it without the end result looking of poor quality? thanks in advanced.
