Does anyone can tell me how can i publish only the .SWF file , but without any menu of the browser window, and the size to be “by percent”, so you can resize and everything will resize also…

You won’t be able to use the flash publish settings to remove the toolbars in the browser. You’d have to do this in the html page using javascript. I wouldn’t recommend removing those toolbars on your site because you are taking away usability from the visitor. People may not appreciate you removing their address bar, or standard buttons.
You can scale to fit the swf file in the publish settings under the file menu–>publish. There are settings that will allow the flash movie to scale when the browser window is re-sized. I haven’t seen an effective use of scaling yet, but I’m sure there are good examples out there somewhere.
