Putting a loaded JPG in different MCs

Following’:

I have aJPG which is 800x800 pixels large.
Afte rloading it i want to put it in
MC1 which is 600x600 and in MC2 which is 400x400 Pixel large.

Any1 has a nice and simple solution for this??
