Hi all,
I run an Internet radio site. On this radio site I have an iframe displaying another php file which in turn displays 4 icons, the ‘who’s playing’ and the number of listeners. The ‘who’s playing’ and the number of listeners is called from shoutcast using set variables.
It’s all a little arcahic but it does the job.
What I’m looking to do is replace that iframe with a flash file. I’m pretty sure that I can use flash/php and would appreciate some pointers. I’m very new to coding on a whole. My php is usually copy, paste and / or replace and my flash was very primative back when I was fiddling around.
Could someone explain to me how the anatomy of this might work and where would be a good starting place? I was going to graphically make up the desired result as an SWF and then go from there.
