I have a question regarding Flash and making movies at full screen, such as that at www.draislasvegas.com. I know that full screen is kind of sin, but I have a client who wants it done.
Do flash movies which are at full screen stretch to fit browsers at different resolutions like stretchable graphics in regular html websites?
Also, could someone please tell me what the code is for making flash movies at full screen?
Any help or answers to my questions are appreciated.
Well Kelly, I know that I shouldn’t speak on the behalf of the full screen function for it is a sin:evil: but as far as the “stretchable” file…
Before you publish the file into Html, go to publish settings and click on the Html tab. Where it says Dimensions: with a drop down menu, select percent and then publish and save. That’s all you need to do! when the file is imported it fits the screen res and if they make the window smaller…sure enough!..the site gets smaller…but watch out if you use any allowScale functions in your actionscript.
