Hey guys,
I have created a website for a client of mine, i was refering him to a friend of mine for hosting and when he gave me the details to his server i did a whois lookup to see if he had taken my advise. Anyway i found out that he was being hosted by a freelance designer who had made a possible lay out for him but nothing more.
In his site he has *the site *under current works.
Should i expect this guy to either :

[]Remove this from his current works and portfolio
[]Ask hm to just change the header to “possible website layout”
[/list]or what ?
who would own the rights to the website? i take it i own it until it is payed for ?
