Question on footer?

i made a picture and i want to add it to my footer. is this possiable.

Put the URL to them image between the IMG VB Tags (shown above).

its saying immage hosted by tripod. i want my picture to show up but its not working correctly

You can’t hotlink files from tripod.

I know on geocities if you change your extention to .txt and upload it, you can link to it the same as an image (but with a .txt extension)
