Question on pausing a mc before going to the next mc

Noob question

I need some help with an action script for the following scenario. Thanks for your help in advance!!!

I have seperate banners (two sections 10 frames each labeled banner1_mc, banner2_mc). I have converted both into a movie clip. I would like the first one to play for 5 seconds and then rotate to the next mc banner2_mc and play for 5 seconds and then rotate back to the first without having to add 150 frames for each. I would like to do this with about 4 banners but I figured I better learn how to do 2 first.
