Hi guys,
This might be a nab question but i just made a paypal account and need a question answered asap 
Q: Can you receive money from another paypal account without activating a credit card ? And if you can, then how can you get the money without having a credit card… ahh and yeah, what happens if you get the money now but you activate a credit card after ?
