I believe I asked this question earlier in the summer and no one ever responded to it:
I want to start a website called ‘My College Experience’, and basically what it is, is a website that documents my adventures of college life via my digital camera. So say I go to a frat party, I’ll bring my digital camera along, take pictures and when I get back to my dorm room, I can add them to a photo album (using the built in FrontPage 2002 photo album builder). However, when I add all these images I want, this is what the HTML reads when you click the HTML tab (in FrontPage)

The same code (just changed a little bit) happens when I go to Insert>Picture>Clip Art
