Hi guys
I have a problem with draggable content, which is causing me numerous headaches and im positive at one point i had a minor stroke.
Anyway, what im trying to do is have a draggable object on the stage which can be dragged anywhere on the stage except across a certain area. The certain area is a movie clip with an image in it.
Ive been browsing the web for tutorials and ive found so many with constraining a dragable object within a rectangle for example and i kind of what to do the opposite to that, have the draggable object on the outside of the rectangle without being allowed to go inside.
Also is it possible to snap a movieclip to another one. The draggable content comes from a menu and i want it to snap to the main object when the user selects it.
Wondered if anyone could either point me in the right direction or send me off to a tutorial on either matter.
