Quick lappy ram question

The label on my existing 256mb stick says “PC2700 DDR333”. I’m shopping for a 1gb stick, so is that all I have to watch for? Anything else? ECC or unbuffered or anything else? Or it doesn’t matter as long as it’s the same speed?
