Quick photo gallery question

I am using Kirupa’s thumbnail gallery and I have 2 questions:

  1. How can I make multiple ROWS of thumbnails (I do not want to use the scroller)?

  2. How can I change the code so that the picture changes on a rollover of the thumbnail (instead of onrelease)?
