Guiding me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
Solving my problem, I’d be more than happy to pay you what you require via paypal. Am a legit business owner ( gigtrak ). Just need a fast solution immediately.
I’ve been trying to work a simply algorithm for rendering vertical boxes so that they are rendered in an efficient manner.
I’m trying to distribute graphics in a vertical manner so that if they intersect they can be rendered in a way that is visually understandable. The script should detect for a intersection and then modify the graphic coordinates. The attempt is to replicate the visual calendaring of Apple’s iCal or Google Calendar week and day views of events that intersect over a _y && _height span. The graphics should line up and be distributed over a background area left to right so that the order is trickled down left to right depending upon the _y value and distributed evenly over the width of the background.
See attached image files.
This should be able to accommodate as many intersections as in an array of rectangle coordinates ( I’d say 20 at the most ).
I’ve also included the attempted flash files and classes so you can see where it’s at…
I will let everyone know if someone commits to this. Get ahold of me first
Thanks To Whomever gets back…
