Working with Flash MX 2004.
Am I able to load video externally?
I have heard that I can’t.

Player 7 should be able to load .flv video files.

Yes, MX2004 does the job pretty well, I’ve done it several times.
Will it be easy to convert something like .mpg to .flv?
